Returns & Exchanges

At POR-15, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed packing slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated during the request process and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
